Our creative approach uses the proven techniques practised across the creative therapies with Mindfulness as a focal point across all our practices.
​We understand that our internal wellbeing benefits from the freedom of expression. This is why the work that we do cultivates expression across several mediums and art forms.
​Creative Wellness coaching takes a holistic approach to psychological wellbeing. It is designed to teach life long skills to overcome the stresses of life.​​

We aim to create spaces where individuals from all walks of life can come together and creative fun and often thought provoking art.

Groups are an essential part of human life. They provide a sense of belonging, support, and shared experiences.
Being part of a group can also help individuals achieve common goals and accomplish tasks that would be difficult or impossible to achieve alone.
Whether it's a sports team, a social club, or a work group, the importance of group cannot be overstated.

Here at the Creative wellness group we value the importance of togetherness. The community comes together during work shops but this also extends to our online community.

How We Started...

Hi I'm Ayanna Thompson. I've always been a creative person. After graduating from music degree at the University of Westminster, I found myself working long hours in a job that drained me. Art was my rest bite.
With the little time I had I found myself creating to keep my sanity. This led me to begin my research into Art Therapy. Where I gained a deeper understanding of how I can help others achieve mental wellness through the use of art mediums and artistic expression.

A few years down the line I'm working full time in the build to rent sector where I lay the foundations for The Creative Wellness group. Bringing the workshops to BTR.
What to Expect?
The Creative wellness group focuses on art for wellbeing. Hosting workshops designed to help you tap into your inner world and find peace through freedom of expression.​​ The aim is to create spaces where individuals from all walks of life can come together and create fun and often thought provoking art with a goal of exploring the sessions theme.
You do not have to be an artist to join.
